Thiess Process delivers innovative, integrated solutions for complex projects in the Coal, Mineral Resources, Oil & Gas, Water and Power sectors through combining engineering procurement and construction expertise with extensive Project management experience.

Reporting to the Operations Manager TSJV, you will establish and lead the project management team responsible initially for the Project Definition and Bid Phase of the project. If successful you will then lead the team for the delivery of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities for the project. You will lead and promote the risk management process for the project, identifying and implementing opportunities to reduce the commercial exposure of the business. In addition, as Project Manager, you will lead the team in delivering outstanding performance in cost, quality and time to the expectations of the client and key stakeholders.

You will ensure all activities are compliant with standards set by Thiess, our clients and the regulatory framework.
